报告题目：Equilibrium of International Trade Under Hegemonic Tariffs: A Method Based on the Generalized Pre-Equilibrium Set
报告摘要：This study explores the impact of hegemonic tariffs on international trade networks, with a particular focus on the instability triggered by the abrupt, politically motivated tariffs imposed by the U.S. administration in 2025. Unlike conventional tariffs, which are economically rational and predictable, hegemonic tariffs are unilaterally and abruptly imposed, driven by non-economic rationale. Based on this, We propose a generalized pre-equilibrium set, defined via Clarke subdifferentials, to solve for trade equilibrium under such regimes. Furthermore, its equivalence to a nonsmooth inequality formulation is established, and the existence and uniqueness of solutions are proved under mild conditions.
